The VIA EPIA M720 (New replacement model for original EPIA LN10000EG and EPIA LN1000EAG) Mini-ITX Embedded Mainboard is an entry-level native x86 mainboard designed mainly for embedded and thin client applications. The EPIA M720 can also be used for various domain applications such as desktop PC, industrial PC, etc. The EPIA M720 is based on the VIA VX900 MSP (Media System Processor) chipset that features the VIA Chrome9 HD DX9 with 2D/3D graphics and video accelerators for rich digital media performance.

The VIA EPIA M720 includes a secure and power efficient VIA C7 1.0GHz NanoBGA2 fanless processor. The VIA C7 NanoBGA2 fanless processor includes the VIA Padlock Security Engine, VIA StepAhead Technology Suite, VIA PowerSaver, VIA TwinTurbo and VIA CoolStream technology. The VIA EPIA M720 has one 1066MHz DDR3 DIMM slot that support up to 4GB memory size. The VIA EPIA M720 provides support for high fidelity audio with its included VIA VT1708S High Definition Audio codec. In addition, the EPIA M720 supports two SATA 3Gb/s storage devices.
