International Orders

Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. will be subjected to custom duties, local taxes, and/or brokerage fees. International customers are responsible for all such expense, regardless of whether the package is received or refused by the customer. These fees are not additional shipping charges. They vary from country and change often, so we are unable to control or predict them.

E-ITX will not issue credit for any orders that are refused or abandoned due to issues with custom fees.

E-ITX will not mark merchandise as below its stated value or mark items as gift. Doing so is against U.S. and International government regulations.

The shipping charges for international shipments will not include custom duties and local taxes. Orders sent to addresses outsides the U.S. will be shipped via Fedex International Economy/ Priority or by USPS Express Service (only for item value under $100).
