E-ITX will ship their products anywhere in USA and worldwide, at its
discretion and under specific terms, to other international destinations.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. If items ordered
are in stock and customer payment is confirmed, orders for products consisting
solely of components (no built systems) that are placed before 12:00 p.m.
Pacific Standard Time usually ship the same business day if using Fedex
as the shipping method. However, this is not guaranteed. Orders for systems need
to be assembled by E-ITX usually require 3-5 full business days for building and
testing. Volume Orders may take longer. Please contact us for the availability
if you need to place rush orders for systems. Rush orders for systems must be
placed by 2:00p.m. Pacific standard time in order to ship by the end of business
the next day.
Hours of operation: 9a.m. PST ~6p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Closed on
weekends and national holidays.
To Cancel an order, please contact
firstname.lastname@example.org . If you request cancellation of an order after order has
shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the
package and do not sign for the delivery.
Refuse shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus shipping and
E-ITX use Fedex as their main carrier, shipping and delivery dates are
not guaranteed. All orders sent by Fedex are insured against loss, theft and
damage. Claims must be initiated with Fedex. E-ITX will not be responsible for
any delivery delays by Fedex.
Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification
in order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Shipping closes at 5
p.m. Pacific Standard time for orders being shipped via Fedex.
Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to the customer when the order has
shipped. E-ITX reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method due to
weight restrictions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject to
export laws and regulations of the United States of America. Title and risk of
loss to products pass from E-ITX to customer upon E-ITX's delivery of the
Products to the carrier.
E-ITX offers Free Economy Shipping
within the United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) on all online orders of
$200 and above. If your purchase qualifies for Free Economy Shipping, proceed to
check out and select “Free Economy Shipping for over $200” shipping method. E-ITX
will select the carrier and shipping speed. Products will usually arrive 5-10
business days. There are couple items are not eligible for free economy
shipping. We will have a note on the description. You may read it carefully
before you proceed to check out.
E-ITX reserves the right to waive
this offer for any unforeseen circumstance i.e parts of an order are on
If the order (or parts of an order) needs to be exchanged (not due to
defect), customers are responsible for both freight charges.
If the product is defective, customer will pay for the freight to E-ITX and
E-ITX will pay for the return freight to customer.
If the items is being returned for a refund (must be within 15 days), a 15%
restocking fee will be charged.
There are no returns for refunds for orders beyond 15 days of invoice date.
We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, discover, American
Express. Please be sure and
provide the exact name and billing address that your
credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions,
and business within the United
States. You can print the application and bank
reference request form, and fax to us at 510-770-9644.
Once we received the forms, we will response to the customer after
all the required documents are reviewed
by credit department. It usually takes
up to 2~4 weeks.

We mainly use paypal as our merchant. Simply choose paypal as your payment
method in the page. After you
press the "Continue" button in the page, you will
be directed to paypal's page to complete the transaction.
In order to guard against credit card
fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that
the alternate shipping is authorized. Please contact your credit card issuer
bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field.
We will call them and verify the address.

by bank transfer are subject to a $30 processing fee for international wires.
All of our items will be shipped out from CA. Orders shipping address in
California will be charged sales tax.
If you have a California Reseller's Permit. Please place your order as
normal, write "Reseller" in the comment field, and fax over your reseller permit
California resale certificate with your last 4 digits of the order
confirmation number. Upon approval, we will remove all tax from your order.
